Male-Female Cutting
This refers to a set of male/female dies that combine cutting and embossing to create cardboard/PVC boxes designed for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries.
These plates are designed for machines with a double magnetic cylinder. We also produce protection dies (to add to reduce air gap) adapted to these machines (e.g., Bograma, Horizon, DFC, etc.).

LASER HARDENING
This process hardens the cutting edges using a laser beam to achieve a hardness of 68 HRC, without compromising the flexibility of the plate:
